Metoris — operated by F&H Intelligence Company

Effective: July 24, 2026
Terms of Service →
The short version

We collect your email address and some basic information about your business so we can build your Metoris Score and tell you when we launch. We look at information about your business that's already public — your listings, reviews, website, social profiles — because that's what the Score is built from. We don't sell your information. You can get out of our emails any time, and you can ask us what we have on you and tell us to delete it.

The details are below. They're worth the five minutes.

Section 01

Who we are

F&H Intelligence Company, a Delaware corporation doing business as Metoris, is responsible for the information described here.

privacy@metoris.com
1317 Edgewater Dr #1841, Orlando, FL 32804
Section 02

What we collect

What you give us. Your name and email address when you join the waitlist. Your business name, website address, and social handles when you ask for a Score. Anything you write to us in a message or a form.

What we collect automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you got to our site, and rough location derived from your IP. We use this to understand how the site is working and to keep it secure.

What we gather from public and third-party sources. To build a Score, we look at information about a business that is publicly available or licensed to us — business listings and profiles, customer reviews and ratings, website content, menus and service offerings, and public social media activity. This is the heart of how the Score works, and Section 4 explains what it means when that business isn't yours.

What we don't collect. We don't take payments yet, so we don't collect or store payment card or bank details. We don't ship anything, so we don't collect shipping addresses. We don't run advertising, so we don't build advertising profiles or share your information with ad networks.

What we don't want. Please don't send us financial account numbers, government ID numbers, health information, or sensitive personal information about your customers or staff. We don't need it and we don't want to hold it.

Section 03

Why we use it, and on what basis

What we do with it
Why we're allowed to
Add you to the waitlist and keep you posted
You asked us to — consent, and our legitimate interest in running a waitlist
Generate and improve the Metoris Score
Performance of what you asked us for, and our legitimate interest in building the product
Reply when you contact us
Legitimate interest in answering you
Understand site usage, fix problems, keep things secure
Legitimate interest in operating a working, secure site
Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Legal obligation

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we've considered whether that's fair to you and concluded it doesn't override your rights. If you disagree, tell us — see Section 8.

Section 04

Information about businesses that didn't sign up

Most privacy policies skip this. Ours shouldn't, because it's how our product works.

The Metoris Score is built from information about a business, and that business may not be the one asking for the Score. Someone might run a Score on a business they don't own. Business information is often also information about a person, particularly for a sole proprietor whose name is the business name.

Here's how we handle that:

We use information that is already public or lawfully available to us. We don't buy personal contact lists, and we don't try to identify individuals beyond what a business publishes about itself.
We don't email a business because someone ran a Score on it. Being scored does not put you on our mailing list.
If a Score has been generated about your business and you want to know what we hold, want it corrected, or want it removed, write to privacy@metoris.com. We'll respond, and we'll act on it where we reasonably can.
We don't publish directories of scored businesses. A Score is shown to the person who requested it, and to you if you ask us for it.
Section 05

Emails

If you join the waitlist, we'll email you about Metoris — launch news, early access, and things we think are useful to an owner-operator. That's it. Every email has a working unsubscribe link and identifies us with a real mailing address. We honor unsubscribes promptly and at no cost to you.

If you're in Canada, we rely on your express consent when you join the waitlist, as required by Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL). You can withdraw it any time, and we'll act on it within 10 business days.

We use a third-party email platform to send these, which means your name and email are stored there. We may see whether an email was opened or a link was clicked so we know what's worth sending.

Section 06

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them for these purposes:

Type
What it does
Can you turn it off?
Essential
Makes the site load and work, keeps your session running
No — the site won't function without these
Preference
Remembers settings and choices you've made
Yes, via your browser
Security
Helps us detect abuse and protect the site
No

We don't currently run website analytics. When we add it (see Section 7), we'll list an analytics cookie category here and tell you how to opt out.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. We don't serve ads, we don't participate in ad networks, and we don't share your browsing behavior with advertisers.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies aside, the site will still work, though some things may be less convenient.

Section 07

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that limit them to working for us:

Provider
What they do
Their privacy policy
Webflow
Hosts our website
webflow.com/legal/privacy
Cloudinary
Hosts and delivers video and images on the site
cloudinary.com/privacy
Typeform
Runs our waitlist form and stores what you submit
typeform.com/privacy-policy
Google Workspace
Delivers our waitlist and update emails
policies.google.com/privacy

We plan to add website analytics (Google Analytics) around launch. It isn't running yet. When we turn it on, we'll add it to this table and to the cookie list in Section 6, and we'll give you a way to opt out.

If we add or change a provider in a way that matters, we'll update this table.

Professional advisors — our lawyers and accountants, when they need it.
Legal — if we're required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or someone else's.
A future buyer — if Metoris is acquired or merges, your information may transfer as part of that. We'll tell you if that changes how it's handled.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We haven't in the past and we have no plans to.

Section 08

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what we have about you, and give you a copy
Correct anything that's wrong
Delete it
Stop using it for a particular purpose, or object to how we're using it
Send it somewhere else in a portable format
Withdraw consent you've given us, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it

Email privacy@metoris.com and say what you want. We'll respond within 30 days, or 45 days for California requests, and we'll tell you if we need longer. We'll never treat you worse for asking. We may need to confirm it's really you before we act.

If you're in the EEA or UK, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We'd rather you came to us first, but it's your right either way.

If you're in Canada, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If you're in California, you have the rights above, including the right to know what we've collected and disclosed, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We give these rights to everyone, not just California residents.

Section 09

Where your information goes

We're based in the United States and your information is processed there. Some of our service providers operate elsewhere.

If you're in the EEA, the UK, or Canada, this means your information crosses borders to a country whose privacy laws differ from yours. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard with our providers. Ask us at privacy@metoris.com and we'll tell you what applies.

Section 10

How long we keep it

What
How long
Waitlist name and email
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, then a limited suppression record so we don't email you again by mistake
Score-related business information
While it's useful for operating and improving the product, refreshed as public sources change
Support and contact messages
About two years
Website analytics
Not collected yet; about 14 months once analytics is enabled
Anything we're legally required to keep
As long as the law requires
Section 11

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information — encryption in transit, access limited to people who need it, and vendors chosen with security in mind. We're a small company and we're honest about what that means: no system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee your information will never be accessed by someone who shouldn't. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you as required by law.

Section 12

Not for children

The site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, write to privacy@metoris.com and we'll delete it.

Section 13

Changes

We'll update this policy as the product develops — it will change meaningfully when we launch something you can buy. We'll update the effective date, and if a change materially affects how we handle your information and we have your email, we'll tell you rather than quietly swapping the page.
