Metoris — operated by F&H Intelligence Company
Metoris isn't open yet. Right now this site does two things: it lets you join our waitlist, and it may show you a Metoris Score for your business. Both are free. The Score is our informed opinion, not a rating or a certification, and it isn't professional advice. If something we show you about your business is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
The full terms below are what govern your use of the site. The summary above isn't a substitute for them.
This site is operated by F&H Intelligence Company, a Delaware corporation doing business as Metoris (“Metoris,” “we,” “us,” “our”). You can reach us at hello@metoris.com or 1317 Edgewater Dr #1841, Orlando, FL 32804.
These terms apply to metoris.com and any other Metoris website or page that links to them (the “Site”), and to the Metoris Score and waitlist described below. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
We do not currently sell a subscription or a paid product. When we launch one, it will have its own agreement, and you'll see it before you buy anything. Nothing here obligates you to pay us anything.
You must be at least 18. If you're using the Site for a business, you confirm you're authorized to act for that business.
Joining the waitlist means you've asked us to contact you about Metoris. It does not reserve you a spot, guarantee you access, guarantee a launch date, or lock in a price. We may invite people off the waitlist in any order we choose, and we may change or discontinue the product before launch.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to hello@metoris.com. We'll act on it promptly. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
The Metoris Score is a snapshot of how a business appears across signals like reviews, online presence, discoverability, and how easy it is to buy from. Please read this section carefully — it's the part most likely to matter to you.
Our opinion, generated automatically from information that is publicly available or that you give us, using a methodology we set and may change at any time.
It is not a rating, certification, accreditation, endorsement, audit, or seal of approval. It is not a credit score, credit assessment, or measure of financial condition. It is not accounting, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. It is not a prediction or guarantee of revenue, growth, or any other outcome.
The Score is not a consumer report or investigative consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act or any similar law. You may not use it, and we do not authorize it to be used, as a factor in deciding whether to extend credit, insurance, or employment to anyone, or for tenant screening, or for any other purpose regulated by those laws.
Where the underlying information comes from. Third-party sources, including public listings, review platforms, social profiles, and business websites. We don't control those sources. Information from them may be incomplete, out of date, mismatched to the wrong business, or simply wrong. We don't independently verify it.
Your decisions are yours. Metoris is a tool for thinking, not a substitute for your own judgment or for advice from a professional who knows your situation. You are responsible for what you decide to do.
If a Score about your business is wrong. Write to us at hello@metoris.com and tell us what's off. We'll review it in good faith and correct, update, or remove what we can. We can't promise a specific outcome, but we'll take a real look and get back to you.
You keep ownership of everything you send us — your business name, website, social handles, email address, and anything you write to us (“Submissions”).
You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Submissions to operate the Site, generate and improve the Score, respond to you, and develop our services. That license lasts as long as we need it for those purposes.
You confirm that you have the right to send us what you send, and that you're authorized to submit information about any business you submit. Don't send us anything unlawful, infringing, confidential to someone else, or containing sensitive personal information about other people.
We may remove or decline any Submission at our discretion. We are not obligated to review, screen, or monitor Submissions, and we don't undertake any duty to do so.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we can use them freely without owing you anything. We're glad to have them.
Don't use the Site to break the law. Don't try to get into parts of the Site you're not authorized to reach, interfere with how it runs, or probe its security. Don't scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract from it. Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you're affiliated with. Don't submit businesses you have no connection to in order to harass their owners.
The Site, the Metoris name and lighthouse mark, our copy, design, scoring methodology, and software are ours or our licensors', and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and use the Site for your own business purposes. You may share your own Score. Beyond that, you don't get a license to copy, modify, resell, or build on our materials, and you may not use our name or marks without our written permission.
The Site may link to or pull from services we don't operate. We don't control them, we don't endorse them, and we're not responsible for them. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of them.
The Site and the Score are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or availability. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we don't promise the Score is accurate or complete.
Some places don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Metoris and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, or lost or corrupted data, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if we've been told such damages are possible.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited under applicable law, including fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You can stop using the Site at any time. We can suspend or end your access to the Site, the waitlist, or the Score at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Sections 5 through 15 survive.
We may change these terms. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date at the top and, where we have your email and the change matters to you, we'll tell you. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you don't accept them, stop using the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here takes away consumer protections you're entitled to under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
Talk to us first. If you have a problem with us, email hello@metoris.com and describe it. Most things get solved this way. Please give us 30 days to work it out before starting a formal proceeding.
If that doesn't work. You and we agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Flagler County, Florida, and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may still bring a qualifying claim in small claims court, and either of us may seek an injunction to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorized access.
These terms, plus our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Site, and replace anything said before. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. You can't assign these terms; we can, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Nothing here creates rights for anyone other than you and us.
